Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. was born from the creative spark of a former math teacher with a vision: to turn ice cream into a gateway for innovation, community, and education. Patty Jackson, our CEO, is the unique blend of passion, purpose, and innovation behind Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. A former math teacher and lifelong entrepreneur, Patty is dedicated to giving back, creating opportunities, and inspiring the next generation.
Patty's journey from a hardworking young "hustler" to a visionary leader shaped her plan for the brand: to make Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. more than just an ice cream brand. Every scoop, roll, STEM lesson, and school partnership is a chance to empower underserved communities, bridge educational gaps, and spark creativity in young minds.
