Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. was born from the creative spark of a former math teacher with a vision: to turn ice cream into a gateway for innovation, community, and education. What started as a classroom STEM lesson has grown into a business that blends bold flavas, education, and social impact, serving as a model for food and fun with purpose.

Patty Jackson, our CEO, is the unique blend of passion, purpose, and innovation behind Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. A former math teacher and lifelong entrepreneur, Patty is dedicated to giving back, creating opportunities, and inspiring the next generation.
Patty's journey from a hardworking young "hustler" to a visionary leader shaped her plan for the brand: to make Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. more than just an ice cream brand. Every scoop, roll, STEM lesson, and school partnership is a chance to empower underserved communities, bridge educational gaps, and spark creativity in young minds.
With an unwavering commitment to youth empowerment, she envisions Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. as a platform for discovery, innovation, and growth—where kids can dream big and achieve more. Our decadent bread pudding is a southern delicacy perfected by our grandma. We are making breadpudding mainstream with our multitude of flavas. We always have our traditional Plain and our alcohol infused, Rum n Raisin on hand. But you may request raisin, chocolate chip, walnut, blueberry, Henny Plain, Bourbon Walnut and many more!
Our signature, fan favorite, Sweet Potato Cheesecake will knock your socks off. It's like a super creamy sweet potato pie! If you love sweet potatoes like we do, this is a treat made special for you!
