WHY WE ROLL
Cobachi C.R.E.A.M. started in a middle school classroom. What began as a STEM lesson making ice cream in a bag showed us something bigger—when learning feels like an experience, people connect differently. That simple lesson became the spark for a culture-inspired dessert brand built around creativity, connection and a whole lot of flava.
Today, we bring that same spirit everywhere we go—from corporate events and community celebrations to classrooms and beyond. The goal is simple: create memorable experiences, serve great desserts and use what we build to open doors for education and community impact.

FROM CLASSROOM TO COBACHI
Jazmine “Patty” Jackson is the founder and CEO of Cobachi C.R.E.A.M., bringing together her background in education, entrepreneurship and a love for creating memorable experiences.A former middle school math teacher, Patty turned a simple classroom ice cream lesson into a culture-inspired dessert brand now serving companies, communities and classrooms across Atlanta.
For Patty, Cobachi has always been about more than dessert. It’s about creating something people remember—and using what she builds to create opportunities for others.
